The course will explore how to deal with customers and the role of the designer in the initial client meetings process. Attendees will learn the needs analysis process, as well as scope documents and including the bill of materials; more commonly known as the quote. The course will provide attendees the opportunity to write up quote and design scope based upon working examples of client briefs.
