The CPA will help CEDIA members with accounts that have become due for payment. By simply inputting customer’s (debtor’s) details, the CPA will then contact the customer on the CEDIA member’s behalf, with a personalised correspondence, reminding them of their payment obligation. The CPA will subtly request debtors to pay the CEDIA member direct, thus minimising delay and consolidating the all-important relationship between them and their customers. CPA clients usually receive an immediate response or payment following the instruction.
